Veneered Points
Four Cocobolo points ( dalbergia retusa, Mexico ), bordered with white and black veneers, are short spliced into a Birdseye maple front. The nicely figured butt has been bored out to a diameter of 1.110 inches and a maple core glued in.   This prevents any possibility of the butt warping or cracking. The joint rings are natural colored linen phenolic and nickel silver. Two shafts with Ivory ferrules are provided with this cue.
