Veneered Points
Four very long Bocote points (cordia gerascanthus, Mexico ), with three veneers, are spliced into an exceptional piece of Birdseye maple. The Bocote butt-sleeve contains a ring of the same three veneers as the points. This ring is repeated in the joint. The joint collars and sleeve are made of Water Buffalo horn, selected for its playability.  The Bocote used in this cue and cue number 10 was the most nicely grained and finely figured piece in a shipment of 200 pieces. The pin is a Uni-loc™ radial screw. Two shafts with ivory ferrules are provided with this cue.
